Dimora Murat

Story

Two Mediterranean lands, one Parisian table.

The Chef

Bonaventura Mosca

Chef de Cuisine

An Italian chef with over 20 years of experience in traditional and fine dining, Bonaventura Mosca — Chef Bonny — is the beating heart of Dimora Murat.

A specialist in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, he honed his craft between Milan, Rome, the Amalfi Coast and the finest tables of the peninsula before settling in Paris in 2013.

His cooking tells a journey: the technical rigour acquired in grand hotels, the Neapolitan generosity inherited from his Campanian roots, and an obsession for the finest ingredients that turns every dish into an emotion.

01 Campania

Naples, the generosity

It begins with Neapolitan memory: the open gesture, the fire, the table that gathers. A cuisine of the heart, direct and warm.

02 Sicily

Sicily, the light

Citrus, the sea, Salina capers. Sicily brings the sunlit brightness, the vivid acidity and the depth of spice.

03 Paris 16th

Paris, the precision

In the heart of the 16th, these two memories meet in a contemporary room and precise service. Dimora Murat, a home.
